A little about me, I lived as a tenant for 12 years before buying a house in Leeds, so it's important to me that my tenants are happy, and consider the property their home. Tenants are free to grow what they like, and rearrange the common spaces to suit them whilst being considerate.

Rent includes: gas, electric, water, broadband, building and contents insurance, boiler cover, TV licence and council tax.

House chores for tenants such as gardening, cleaning and purchasing household essentials like washing up liquid, detergent and toilet paper will be all of their shared responsibility.
