I am renting out my spare double bedroom in my home at the back of the property looking over the garden.
The room is a lovely size with a double bed, Chester drawers and desk.
The house has a large family bathroom with bath and shower, with storage for toiletries, a huge kitchen with plenty of cupboards and a lovely open plan lounge and dining room. There is parking outside of the house or there’s 2 different bus stops near by that can get you into Leeds city centre in 20 mins! The buses also go to plenty other locations too. Near the house there is a corner shop and takeaway, 10 mins walk from the house is lots of shops like Farmfoods, Boots, Sainsbury’s, Greggs, pharmacy, post office, etc. ideal location! There’s a lovely park and woodlands opposite the house that has some great walks and cafe too.
The rent is inclusive of bills so you don’t have to worry about setting anything up!

Would love someone to move in ideally in a few weeks after seeing if we are a good fit! Would love social housemates who I could go out with or watch movies with a takeaway and chill.
