I am advertising as I’m unable to travel from headingley (next to weetwood) to york for uni anymore, due to my unemployment, & travel is £ and making me exhausted, as I suffer with chronic fatigue already.
you will need a UK guarantor, u will have to be a student and to pay the rent monthly- I can take off £80p/m from your rent because I’d like you to take the room so I don’t have to pay it off when im not living there. You are able to come visit the place/flat first and talk to me & the reception staff first if you want. I am willing to put £1000 towards this price if you decide to pay in full, once you’ve paid. so it’s heavily discounted. I can give this in writing. So it would be available from feb-end of August.
