The room is currently furnished with a single/fold out bed )in photos) but I have ordered a double bed which will be here next week 😊 it has a large wardrobe with, drawers, shelves, 2 long hanging sections and floor length mirrors. Great hire over kirkstall from window.
There is a shared (just me) house bathroom with shower/bath as well as a second toilet.
Large lounge/ dining, 55’ tv with all the subscriptions (Netflix, prime, Disney 😅)

My 2 year old spaniel cross lives in the house who is beautiful in nature, super sweet and loves a cuddle :) I work from home 2 days a week and PT most evenings and am generally at my partners house on weekends.
The house has several bus stops nearby for quick (10 minute drive) access to the city centre. It is just 2 minute walk to Gotts Park Golf club and access to the Leeds-Liverpool Canal. Plenty of bus routes within a 5 minute walk.
