Modern 3 bedroom apartment near City Centre

Hi All,

I'm looking for someone to replace me as I'm moving to a different city (after 3 years of living here); please message me if you're interested to join a modern furnished 3 bedroom apartment. You'll be living with 3 housemates, two are a couple.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment; one is a large ensuite room (used by the couple) and second one is for the remaining two bedrooms - it's likely you'll be sharing the bathroom with one other housemate.

Rent for room is £315 plus bills monthly ranging from £90-£140 per person (including water, heating, electricity fast broadband 200MB and council tax - where council tax is Band A) - so around £410 to £460 in total. Deposit is £365. Please note that rent price may be subjected to increase from June, however last year, it increased by £15.

Looking for someone to join us for a 12-months minimum tenancy. It would be ideal for the new person to join end of April/ 1st May.

Property is located 20 minutes walk from the city centre, and a bus stop located 2 minutes away that takes you to city centre. There is a shop (Morrisons) and a gym nearby (2-5 minutes walk). Inside area of the apartment is secured with access card, shared garden, shared gym and optional underground parking that costs extra £35. There is more than enough space to fit in a desk in the room.

A little bit about my housemates, they are young professionals working in Leeds. Easy going, super friendly, clean and respectful of other people's privacy. They're happy to hang around, and equally respectful of giving space/letting you do your own thing. Collective hobbies include watching shows, music, traveling, tennis and workouts. They are looking for someone who is clean and tidy.
