Lovely home in leafy Meanwood.

Close to Leeds city centre and all amenities are a short walk away - bus stop, Waitrose, Aldi. The local area has a true village vibe with Meanwood Park on the doorstep as well as independent bars, coffee shops and restaurants.

I am looking for a professional who is looking for a room in a friendly house Monday to Friday. Most nights after work I am at the gym or a gym class but happy to come home and cook together/grab a drink. This has always been a sociable house when people have come to stay. I am also flexible for weekend stays if needed.

The house is in a quiet estate and the house itself has been fully refurbished recently. The garden is South-West facing so lovely during summer... if the sun ever comes out again!

The room can be made to feel like home and comes with a memory foam ottoman double bed (great for storage), desk and rail (can be changed to a wardrobe if preferred).

Bathroom is shared.

Sky Q TV, Netflix and Wi-Fi included. Kitchen; pots pans, crockery, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle all included.

There is a drive for parking or lots of on site parking available.
