This is the top-floor room, with great air ventilation. So if you are worried about the air in there, it’s cool enough for summer when either one window is slightly opened and warm enough for winter when window is closed.

There’s two toilets in the house, one of them with bathtub. So you may want to take the room with a nice and clean bathtub for your relaxing bath after work or study. I have left 5 cupboard occupancy for people who is going to take over my tenancy, with 3 layers of fridge and 2 layers of freezer. So you will have enough space for storing things. Another highlight is that you won’t hear anyone else with noise at night by living at the top and always having a private space for yourself. Good for working from home and good if you need private space.

Further, there are over 15 different supermarkets in the circle of 15-minute walking, if you need parking for shoppings, there’s private parking space at the back of the house, which you can go directly to the kitchen, or you may want to park at the front of the house directly to the front door.
