Beautiful en-suite overlooking the docks!

This flat is soooo nice! I got a job in London so I have to move. You’d have an en-suite, the room itself is very large and lots of natural light.

Flatmate is a student so if you’re also a student you’d both be exempt from council tax! She’s quiet and keeps to herself but also doesn’t mind a night out. We’ve coexisted quite well and shes easy to live with. Perfect time to move in as the docks are lovely in summer!

Kitchen/living area is also massive and very open floor plan. The only bills not included are electric which are about £30 most of the year and £60 from November-January.

Flat is sooo affordable for location and bill inclusion. Can send over more pics/vids of the place if requested :)

Comes furnished and I’m willing to leave certain things behind for some extra £££ if requested as I’m in a bit of a hurry.
