Double Room with En-Suite Near Potternewton Park

NOTE - Rent £250 up until August, then there is an increase to £325 per month.
NOTE - Only the Desk, Cupboard and a double divan bed will be left in the room as furniture. The rest will be coming with me when I move.

Hello,

I will be leaving this great home in early June and I am looking for someone to take my place.

The room offered is the biggest in the house and has an en-suite included.

The house is huge, with a front and back garden, cellar, creative room and living/dining room. We even have a spare room for guests.

You will be sharing with three others, two non-binary individuals and one woman. Two of the housemates will be leaving the property come the renewed contract in August, but it should be relatively easy to find replacement housemates.

I have lived here for two years, and have known multiple others who have lived here too, and all have been quite happy with there experience.

We are a friendly laid-back bunch, we catch-up and chat when we seen eachother in communal spaces, but also respect eachothers space and boundaries.
