One double room available in large house on meanwood road with 2 others. 4 bed in total, 3 occupied, 1 guest room / office space / spare room etc

Rent is £530 a month plus bills (council tax, gas / leccy, water, internet etc) which come to about 150 each, so 680-700 in total. Also got all the telly stuff if thats your bag.

Deposit is about 575 (it wouldnt let me put that on the ad for some reason)

Close to Meanwood, town, headingley etc, bus stop directly outside house, on street parking outside and quieter parking out back near meanwood farm.

Lots of green space around, quiet calm. Hyde park ridge for a lovely leafy walk is over the road, its a great sunshiney time.

House is massive and very lovely, plenty of space but homely, an ideal non back to back terrace bargain right close to all the best spots in central leeds.

Two professional house mates, both work full time, so would like someone who also is in similar position.

Ideal housemate would be someone social, clean, respectful of each others schedules and quite chill. Happy to hangout, but also respectful of need for personal space, which the house more than offers. Very laid back house, everyone pitches in with cleaning and maintaining shared areas, good communication makes for a happy house.

1 housemate is neurodivergent, so ND applicants welcome!

Interests in the house are listed but mostly its a shared love of music, cinema, art, reading and generally wholesome vibes.

Available from 1st july, but paperwork needs sorting by end of May, so need to act fast!
