Im looking for a female housemate to join me in a 2 bed semi-detached house in LS3 area. Downstairs we have a separate living room, kitchen and a small downstairs toilet. And upstairs, we have 2 bedrooms, a small third bedroom/office space and a bathroom. Theres also a small garden out the back which is a good size, perfect for the summer!
The price is £550 per month without bills but im estimating bills to come to a total of about £700/£750 a month
The house is a 7 minute walk from the LGI and 15 minute walk from city centre. There is on street parking.
About me: Im a professional who works in city centre, as an accountant, i love socialising with friends, cooking, quiet nights in and martial arts. I'm tidy and quiet and happy to be adaptable to any requirements a housemate might need.
Im looking for a housemate who preferably doesnt smoke or drink as im a muslim, and to have someone respectful of my space in the house :)
