– ~15 minutes to the train station

The building offers secure entry, 24/7 CCTV, a free gym, social/study spaces, and reception services for parcel collection.

Rent includes all bills (water, electricity, internet). Discounted price available and negotiable. The tenancy transfer will be done officially through the building.
