Looking for a student to take over my tenancy ASAP for the 26/27 academic year as I’m planning on living with other friends
1 room in the Terry Frost Building – 51 weeks - standard ensuite
– £155/ week (including bills, internet, and insurance)
– private ensuite bathroom
– Good disabled access as it’s ground floor
– beautiful rooftop terrace
– gym, communal lounge, bookable meeting/party room
– short walks away from Uni of Leeds, Leeds Beckett, Leeds Conservatoire, and most other major unis in Leeds
– right across the road from Aldi

I don’t know anything about the other flatmates so it will be down to the flatmate lottery
