King Size Ensuite Room – City Centre ‼️

I’m looking for someone to take over a room in a modern ensuite flat in the city centre from July (flexible on dates). My current flatmate is moving out, so the room will be available to anyone interested.

The building has great amenities including a gym, co-working space, private dining room, snug/lounge room, resident events, and two rooftop terraces/patios. Fully furnished, and you can move the furniture as you like. Bills are separate. It’s in a really convenient location - about a 5-minute walk to Leeds Bus Station and around 14 minutes’ walk to Merrion Centre/Morrisons.

I’m clean, tidy and sociable. I like keeping the flat nice and clean, enjoy a chat and occasionally going out, but I also respect personal space and quiet time.

If this flat isn’t quite right, we could also look at other flats in the same building together or elsewhere. So I am very flexible.
