I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at The Leatherworks, a Prestige Student Living accommodation.

The room is an ensuite, fully furnished with:
• Small double bed
• Study desk and chair
• Wardrobe
• Private bathroom

The accommodation also includes excellent on-site facilities (all included in rent):
• Gym
• Cinema room
• Communal kitchen
• Games room
• Two study areas

• £710 per month (discounted rebooking rate – can continue if you renew next year)
• 10 instalments per year (2 months rent-free)
• Contract period:
• First payment: 23rd August 2026
• Last payment: 1st June 2027
• Expected move-in: around 5th September 2026 (flexible – can be discussed with accommodation team)
