3 double rooms are available in this student/postgrad/young professional house less than 10 mins walk from Headingley centre. The house is on a lovely, quiet mixed residential street. It is close to shops, bus routes and 2 local train stations. The rooms have a desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a double bed. Shared areas of the house include a large living room, seperate fully fitted kitchen (with washing and drying machines) 2 bathrooms with showers (1 also has a bath) and a bike shed for storage.
The house would suit students and young professionals who wish to be undisturbed by noisy streets and bars but do not want to be too far away from the social scene in Headingley.
Please note that council tax is included in the rent.
The house has double glazing, burglar alarm and on street parking (no restrictions, permits not needed).
The Rooms are let on individual assured shorthold tenancy aggreement, you would not be responsible for the rent of other tenants in the house. Cost of utility bills is included in the rent.
