These houses are in Roundhay LS8.
Roundhay is a very good area of Leeds.

They have larger than average rooms, central heating and double glazing.
There is a comfortable large lounge and modern kitchen, which has a built in oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a dining/study room.

All the house, is non smoking and has had a recent refurbishment and complete decoration.

There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 more on the top floor. All bedrooms are furnished with carpets, blinds or curtains, double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, and double chest of drawers. They are all wired for a TV Aerial in each room. Wireless broadband is also available.
There is a bathroom and a separate toilet at Mezzanine levels off the staircase. All the rooms have washbasins.
There are 3 female House mates living in the house at the moment all professional. They are very friendly and easy to get on with. We are looking for a similar like minded professional female person to share this house with them.

The houses are easily accessible by bus from the City Centre and on street parking is available.
A 5 minute walk takes you to several bars and restaurants catering for the young, and not so young, professionals.
All utility bills and council tax are included in the rent of £420.
