These houses are in Roundhay LS8.
Roundhay is a very good area of Leeds.

They have larger than average rooms, central heating and double glazing.
There is a comfortable large lounge and modern kitchen, which has a built in oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a dining/study room.

All the house, is non smoking and has had a recent refurbishment and complete decoration.

There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 more on the top floor. All bedrooms are furnished with carpets, blinds or curtains, double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, and double chest of drawers. They are all wired for a TV Aerial in each room. Wireless broadband is also available.
There is a bathroom and a separate toilet at Mezzanine levels off the staircase. All the rooms have washbasins.
There are 2 female and 1 male House mates living in the house at the moment all professional. They are very friendly and easy to get on with. We are looking for similar like minded people to share this house with them.

The houses are easily accessible by bus from the City Centre and on street parking is available.
A 5 minute walk takes you to several bars and restaurants catering for the young, and not so young, professionals.
All utility bills and council tax are included in the rent of £390.
