There is one bathroom with shower and bath (to share between 3 rooms). Also its one cloakroom in the groundfloor.
The house also has garden. ANd front area to park.
There is a garden and garage for space for bikes and motorbikes.

All the house has a gas central heating.

Is located close to Morrison´s store in Kirkstall and (just 5 min walking) and also 2 min walk from a golf course, in a large park on stanningley road. Convinient loaction 15 min with car from city center and 10 min to Headlingley.

bills are separeted, and aprox between 75-85 pounds per month, per person.
