4 bedroom house near university, hyde park, city

Hi,
we currently live in a 4 bedroom house that has been newly decorated and has brand new furniture. There is a shared living room and large kitchen with all white goods. A shared bathroom with bath and shower. The spare room is a double room fully furnished with new furniture and mattress. 10 mins walk from hyde park corner, 15 minutes walk from the university, buses run every 10 minutes and only cost £1 to the city, but you could walk it. The house is secure with a large garden. Clean and tidy housemates. I work fulltime in a cocktail bar, the other female housemate works full time at ikea so between us you can get discounted drinks and flat pack furniture! The male housemate is in his final year of university.
We are all in and out of the house at different times so you can expect lots of space to yourself but we're also looking for someone who can be a friend as well as a housemate.
Water and fibre optic broadband is included in the rent.
