Beautiful Design House in Kirkstall/Bramley

I have two double bedrooms available in my 1930's design house in Bramley. The house has been renovated from top to bottom and is nearing completion. All the bedrooms and the downstairs have had the wooden floors stripped back, neutral decor throughout, brand new blinds, beds, furniture, mattresses, the lot. This is way above the standard of any house I have lived in in Leeds. The bathroom is a huge wet room/shower room and all the furniture is ikea/habitat and very cool/modern mid century look. Move in date would be mid December after the new kitchen has been fitted. £375 per calender month including all bills; council tax, water, electric, gas and superfast Virgin Media broadband. We also have a large garage and shed if you need extra storage space. Rooms come furnished.

The house is a semi detached property located on a very quiet street 5 minutes from Kirkstall Morrisons, in lower Bramley. Bus links are good and connect us with Headingley and Leeds Centre very easily. I would like to live with someone who is a professional like myself, likes to socialise but also likes their own space. I'm an avid cook and will probably feed you an array of dishes so be warned..! Also someone who is clean and respectful of the house. Thanks guys look forward to hearing from you.
