Lovely double room for rent

A lovely double room to rent in a semi detached house in Bramley/Kirkstall.

I have just bought a lovely, semi detached house, on a quiet culdesack, on the border of Bramley/Kirsktall.

It is just up the hill from Kirkstall Morrisons, a very up and coming area. There are many amenities around, include Tescos in bramley, morrisons just down the road along with the great new development with M&S food and outfit etc. It is very easy to get to the city centre as I am just down the hill from Kirkstall road.

There is 1 bathroom and a beautiful back garden which is perfect for chilling out in and having BBQ's when the sun decides to be nice. My house comes with a triple, tandem garage, so lots of space to store things like bikes etc. I also have broadband and sky tv. There is space for my and another car to park so if you have a car that is no problem.

I would like to rent the room out at à‚ÂÂÂ £425 bills included.

I am a primary school teacher so I work hard during the week but enjoy socialising or just chilling at the weekend. Pretty normal and like all normal things like shopping, baking, working out, going out etc.

This is a lovely house and as it is my first house I am very house proud and it will be a lovely, homely place to chill after a hard day at work!
