An almost square room with lots of light and a large front window. Modern fabric frame, wooden slats and individual pocket sprung mattress. This room has a large wardrobe - almost floor to ceiling high and 1.5 metres wide. The tenant will share a large bathroom with rainfall shower head with a tidy female tenant.

*Minimum 3 months stay with 1 month notice please, £450 deposit per room*

Tenants - current tenants Kirsty and Faye both in their mid 20's, friendly, laid back, young professionals who are tidy, respectful of your privacy but also sociable . Non smokers also preferred but respectful tidy smokers considered if they smoke outside only.
