I'm hoping to rent out my room in a 2 bedroom flat in the university area ASAP until the tenancy ends at the end of June.
My current housemate is a male third year student, is nice and tidy :) He works a lot and isn't a party animal so would not disturb you.
The flat consists of two double bedrooms, a hall, a bathroom, a large living room and a modern kitchen. It is a 5 min walk to Leeds University, and approx 20 min walk to town. Parking is available.
Water bills are included in the rent. Gas/ electricity, and the internet are additional.
