Looking for female tenant to join other two for room on middle floor, has full bathroom between 2 rooms.
Furnished and all furniture in good condition - will be refreshing furniture for new tenant. Total house is 3 let rooms and 1 box room spare as storage/ extra space.
Off-road parking for 3 cars and large garden, decked and turfed (Astroturf so no maintainance!). All bills included including council tax and broadband. Main bathroom is to be shared only between two as one attic room has an ensuite.
Large lounge, kitchen with breakfast bar and nice sized conservatory with sofa bed for any guests.
Recently redecorated and recarpeted common areas.
Nice quiet area with families around and green grass patches surround.
Easy 15minute bus to Leeds and local shops a 5minute walk away.
20minute walk to Roundhay Park, close to St James's hospital.
Very friendly tenants, looking for nice friendly people to live with.
If there are any problems I try to get them sorted as soon as possible, have handyman etc in the area.
