Peaceful and friendly all-female house has single room available ♡

Furnished single room with a single bed and storage. Common areas are the fully equipped dining kitchen, bathroom and conservatory overlooking the large back garden. The kitchen has everything you'd need including a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, an additional undercounter freezer, cutleries, crockeries, pans and utensils, as well as plenty of storage. We also have a tumble drier. There is parking space for a small car and also street parking available. Local shops are very close by for every day shopping such as food, bakery and household items.

There are excellent transport links, including very frequent bus services and the house is within about 5 minutes driving distance to Leeds city centre, the university, LGI and St James Hospital. There are also frequent buses (number 56, every 10 minutes or less) towards the university, which would get you there in about 15 minutes. You could also walk to town centre ; it would take about 30 minutes or so. All bills and fiber optic broadband are included in the rent. We have a large garden with a decking area which is very enjoyable in the summer months.

Existing flatmates are all very friendly and easy going and like to keep the house clean and neat. They are all professionals. We also have cats in the house and we welcome other cats as long as they are a good match :) Please note that for ladies with pets the rent will be slightly higher.

The housemates enjoy cooking and spending quality, relaxing time but nothing wild, so if you're after a student party house, look away now :) This room would suit a mature student or a professional who is after a cozy, friendly place with a good location for commuting.
