My bedroom is on the top floor with an en suite. The double room for rent is on the middle floor with its own bathroom. There is also a spare room on the same floor if storage is required.
I am looking for another professional to share with. Downstairs there is a kitchen/dining room, toilet and living room. There is a front and back garden and a drive.
I like my house to be clean and tidy. My house is about a 15 minute drive from Leeds City Centre and there are very regular busses and also a train station which is about a 5 minute drive away. It is close to the M1.
