Meanwood houseshare - Newly decorated double room

Hi There!

House Share in Meanwood.
The spare double room needs a person, so come and house share with me.
I have been lucky enough to share with people who stayed long term and became friends. I am also pleased to have hosted short term for students from around the world.
So long term or short term is ok.

I'm a social person, I also get it when people just want to chill. I am mature full time student studying Conservation and Animal Management in York. Sometimes I spend all evenings at the house and other weeks I'm busy each evening. I enjoy keeping fit and see my family often ( don't worry, I visit them at their houses).
I have a cat called Numbers, he seems to be a selling point : )
The room has been redecorated recently, it has a brand new double bed and various pieces of furniture. If there is any particular peice of furniture required it can be sourced. There is a garage for storage and driveway parking.
Full use of the living room, dining room and Kitchen.
There are few bars in Meanwood and delicious restaurants not to mention the Meanwood Park which is lovely summer or winter.
A small garden out back, shared living room, dinning room, kitchen, washer, drier and refurbished shower/bathroom. Bus stops are close for access to the city centre.
