New house 15 minutes walk from city centre

Looking for a professional who will keep the place tidy, is sociable but also can handle being alone from time to time. We love to cook up a storm, keeping healthy, and boozing on the weekends.

I will be down in London/ Manchester a lot of the time (I make the 2nd), but I'm keeping a room in Leeds. I'll probably up around once a month max.

If you're chilled out, and are looking for somewhere clean and comfortable, please do get in touch and we'll go for a bevy.

The room has its own bathroom on the same floor, but it is not en suite.

P. S Council tax, internet included in the price.

Water, electricity and gas is not. It only comes to around max £30/40 a month depending on how much you use.

I'll be in Leeds on weekend of 21st September but the Josh can meet you anytime for a beer to see if you'll get on.
