Double room in Leeds City Centre flat

Hi I'm Katie , a working professional originally from the midlands . I've moved around a lot with work and now settled in the north. My flat is located just 5 minutes from Leeds train station which can provide great network links . I'm also close to the motorway and just a short walk into the city centre . I live 5 minutes from granary wharf so loads of local eatery’s and bars. I'm pretty chilled and am looking for someone who is equally as chilled . My flat is my home and I want it to be yours too. I don't have party's although guests are welcome. I don't expect to live in my flat mates pocket but I do want us to be able too get on. I love to laugh and enjoy life so hopefully we can have some good times together . I have two cats Harley and Mabel who are both friendly litter trained cats. I empty litter tray etc but giving them the odd bit of fuss is a must! I have a balcony which if your a smoker your welcome to smoke on as long as doors and windows are shut . The right couple is also welcome but rent will increase to £750. Within your room there's a bed and all the appropriate cupboard space. I also have a cleaner once a month which is included in the rent to do all rooms. There is street parking which you will need to pay for at certain hours or some people rent out there car parking space in the apartment block.
