Convenient area for shops in Meanwood and Headingley, right next to Woodhouse Ridge and a short walk from Meanwood Park. Generally the current tenants share interest in music, health, good food... We are mostly inclined to be ecological and vegetarian ... but not entirely. Fairly relaxed and easy going household, with rota to keep everything clean and easy! The house became a bit dirty and untidy and we would like the new person to be able and willing to help us return it to clean and tidy as it was before the last 2 tenants moved in a year ago, it's already looking cleaner.

The rent has been temporarily reduced by £50 for new tenants what with lockdowns etc - so as the pandemic recedes, the rent might increase again soon.

Other bills are to be shared - gas and electricity.

Just at the moment we are uncertain how long we will have the house as the landlord is considering changing the arrangement. The minimum availability could be until the end of May or August, but we just don't know at present.
