Hello!

Firstly we are live OUT landlords.

We have a beautiful and large 6 bedroom Victorian home with a fantastic location just out of the city centre. This is a peaceful street with a mix of young professionals and families, yet within very easy commuting distance to the city centre. Being only a 5 min drive/20 min walk, it makes it very accessible via walking/cycle path and frequent buses (into Leeds City centre and Headingley/kirkstall).

We are looking for someone considerate who respects others and is happy to share in keeping their home clean and tidy with 5 other house mates. The house is a well balanced and mixed household male/female of ages between 21/27. This is a very friendly and social yet relaxing place you can call home . We are looking for working professionals /post graduates who work day time hours and hopefully will enjoy each other’s company along with their own privacy.

We have coming up on the 1st of November 2018:

* 1 large beautiful Victorian double bedroom, Victorian detailing chimneys and modern furnishings. £420 INCLUDING ALL BILLS. Shower is in the same room and toilet is communal (shared with one other person) down the hall a few feet away. The house main bathrooms and showers are all shared so those can be used as well!

*Spacious gardens front and rear also with front and rear access to the property. Rear is setup for relaxing use, sunbathing (in summer!) and general open relaxing area that’s been decked and a nice place to kick back with a glass of wine. Some say bottle, you decide!

* One of the bathrooms contains a modern suite with a thermostatic walk in shower AND a separate Victorian roll top bath along with period looking but clean WC and basin. Must be seen to be appreciated.

*Second shower room is a beautiful Victorian look as the above but without a bath, so you won’t have to que to use the shower or toilet!

* Spacious kitchen - Gas hob, oven, plenty of storage and 2 fridge/freezers so everyone has ample room. Dining table in the same room. Washing machine, Fridge/freezer. Dining area, tall ceilings with period features like real marble fire places, original wooden floors all in modern decor to list a few things.

*Spacious lounge (literally!) with amazing views via the large 3 bay window, overlooking Leeds city Centre (without the noise and hassle). Large comfy sofas, Television virgin tv and high speed virgin broadband all supplied in the price. Recently decorated too.


* 15 min walk to Leeds train station or buses every 5 minutes.

* On road parking to front and rear.

* Excellent commuting links to Leeds City Centre and Headingley.

* Motorway links are excellent as J2A M621/M62 and M1.

*There are plenty of local amenities within walking distance. Post Office, Pharmacy, Co-op, parks etc.

*Viewing is highly recommended to fully appreciate the accommodation on offer. Upgrades are always happening as we believe in maintenance. New Boiler fitted recently so perfect hot water and heating! NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH POORLY MAINTAINED BUILDINGS or with landlords who do not care for their properties. We always take any repairs that need doing seriously and make sure they are done as and when required. Just ask the current residents!

* NO agents involved here. NO Fees. We do all the relevant checks under our own costs. You will be dealing with us directly, the landlords who are experienced! We have a great track record and are honest landlords who care about our properties. We are genuine people in our 30s who are proactive and take pride in maintenance, looking after our property and tenants. We respect our tenants and expect the same in return. We are also members of the RLA, Leeds Rental Standard and the RLAAS and also licensed HMO landlords so rest assured you are in safe hands. We will require a reference and employment details.
