Double room available near city centre in Leeds

We have one double bedroom available from 2nd September 2018, and we are looking for another professional/postgraduate/PhD student to share the house with.

This is a well looked after four bedroom terrace. Broadband internet, TV license, water, gas and electricity all included in the rent. There is a shared living space, kitchen and two bathrooms.

The bedroom has a double bed, three smaller drawers, build-in closet, shelf, desk and plenty of storage space below the bed and an extra closet.

The house is only a 20 min walk from the city centre and right next to the park and Leeds university. It's in a quiet neighbourhood of Hyde Park conveniently located with several supermarkets and stores nearby.

The current household is with two working full time and one PhD student. You would thus share the council tax bill which is £27.55 on top of the rent, if you are working. We are looking for someone calm, tidy and not too much of a party animal, as we all work during the week.
