Lovely modernised cosy house up for rent. Unfortunately all 3 tenants have had to move out due to personal circumstances.

The rent for each individual room is £328 per month, paid in quarterly sums. The rent from January upto April is all paid for. Bills are exclusive from rent but are fairly cheap, amounting the total cost for the house to about £360 each month. There is also a £99 signing fee (do not receive back) and a £200 deposit to be paid which is given back at the end of the tenancy.

The house itself is situated just outside of the city centre, 2
minutes from headingley stadium and 20 minutes walking to the city centre. We are on a bus route going to and from the city centre every 5/10 minutes so travelling would not be an issue. There are a range of takeaways and a corner shop across the road for little bits and bobs which has come to great use for us over the months we’ve lived there. There is also a driveway and a space available outside of the house for anyone that drives
