I have 1 double bed available in a 3 bed house. New property just over 3 miles from Leeds city Centre. That’s 11 minutes by car, 20 minutes cycling and 30 minutes by bus. Five-minute drive to Tesco Extra, 5-minute walk to local shops and bus stops 49/50/50a/x98/x99 for quick access to the city Centre. Round hay park is within walking distance for those inclined to nature.

The house is fully furnished. Including washing machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge and freezer. The double room for rent has sliding door wardrobe, a double bed and chest of drawers. The modern bathroom has a bath, toilet, sink, shower and heated towel rail and is shared. There is also a downstairs toilet. 

The living room French doors open out to a lovely back garden. There is parking at the front of the house. Broadband is included.

The double room is available for £500 per calendar month including bills. Looking for a tidy and clean professional, who is respectful of the property.

The rental period will be for minimum six months and maximum three years.

A little about myself. I am a live-in landlord. Like to keep the house clean and tidy. Work Monday to Friday and spend most weekends at home either studying or catching up on sleep.
