Flatmate wanted for City Centre flat

Hi,

This place would be ideal for someone working in the centre and keen to be in the heart of the city.

The bedroom has a new double bed which is an ottoman so there’s plenty of storage under the bed. It also has a private and spacious ensuite with a shower and there’s also a built in wardrobe.

The whole flat is in the corner of the building and there is a large living room with great views. Two large corner sofas in the living room and a big TV. There’s a galley kitchen with breakfast bar plenty of storage, an oven, hob, dishwasher, tall fridge freezer (and extra fridge) as well as micro, kettle, etc. Other than that there’s my bedroom, another bathroom, a long hallway with a couple of storage cupboards one of which has a washing machine.

A little about me. I’m pretty easy going, clean, like to go out to gigs every once in a while, I’m generally social and enjoy time with my friends. My girlfriend stays over around once or twice a week and you’ll have the place to your self 2 or 3 times a week as I occasionally stay over at hers.

Im only looking for a fixed term 6 month contract.
