I own the flat and I'm looking for a clean, considerate, friendly, female housemate who is sociable. I enjoy watching films, trash tv, working out, walking and going out for dinner and drinks. The room is fully furnished although feel free to bring anything else you need. Although it's not the ensuite room as I have this the main bathroom will be your own. Disclaimer: there is currently scaffolding up as essential cladding work is being carried out so you can't currently use the balcony. If you work from home it can be noisy between 8.30 and 5 due to the work being carried out.
