In Jan I’m looking to move out of my place and need someone to take over my tenancy from Jan-July.
It’s a 3 bed, modern flat about a 10 min walk from the city centre on Clarendon Road. Double room, with all furniture included (double wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table). It’s with 2 girls that are in their final year of dentistry at Leeds uni, ones 23 and ones 26. They’re SO lovely and very clean and respectful etc – and because they’re in their 5th year of uni they never go out and be loud etc
Rent is £455, with approx. £36 a month bills and around £85 council tax (you get single occupancy as they’re students but if you’re a student you won’t pay this) It’s on the 3rd floor of a block of flats that has a fobbed gate so it’s secure.
