The bedroom gets a lot of natural light as the sun sets to the rear of the property; it's recently decorated & furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers & desk; there is also underbed storage & a clothes rail. There is communal storage space if needed & private parking behind the property included in the rent. It's a 5 minute walk into the city centre & about two minutes from the hospital.
There is a washer/dryer & a, fully stocked kitchen.
A little about me: my name is Sophie & I've lived in Leeds for four years. I like to think I'm pretty easy going, I enjoy watching comedies, cooking, long walks, nature & buying arts & crafts supplies I never get round to using. I'm also rather partial to board games & quizzes & I used to like going out, before all the Covid restrictions of course. My favourite colour is orange & I am a sagittarius.
