The flat itself is in the heart of Leeds Dock. North Star Coffee Shop, Brewery Wharf and Leeds City Centre are all within a short walking distance. The flat is very spacious with a shared living/kitchen area and a balcony that wraps round one side of the flat. Again, all fully furnished even down to all kitchenware.
The rent is £550 pcm and this includes the water bill. Council tax, Electricity and Internet is additional and totals to approx £100 pcm.
