Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances I must say goodbye to my most favourite flat I've rented thus far in Leeds during the past 6 years.

The studio is available from 25th November.

The studio is located within 15 mins walk from Leeds City Centre, 9 mins walk from LGI and 8 mins walk from the University of Leeds. The building is a perfectly secure, 24 hours security on site, gated community, with fob entry access. In each apartment, there is a video entry system for peace of mind too.

The kitchen areas boast high-gloss units and integrated appliances, such as a dishwasher; a fridge; and a microwave/connector oven with grill and hob, as well as large work surfaces and undercounter lighting. Ideal for a simple meal or full-blown feasts!

In the living space, you’ll find a sofa and an elegant dining table with two chairs. A storage display unit, meanwhile, nicely divides the room into distinct areas. In the sleeping space, there is a double bed with headboard and plenty of storage space; wardrobes, overhead storage and a run of drawer cabinets.

Wood-effect flooring runs throughout the living space, while curtains are provided too. Heating comes from wall mounted heaters.

There is also the option of an allocated parking space, if needed, for approx. £50-£60 per month.

A fully-equipped gym is on-site and is available to all residents to train and workout, free of charge.

The rent is £565 +£55 (for all bills- water, electricity, internet except for council tax).
Minimum first contract is 6 months.
