£600 Room available - Leeds City Centre

Shared living room, kitchen and balcony. Bills included (water, electricity, council tax, broadband and TV license).

I am moving out end of Jan 2023.

I will pop around every 2 weeks or so for the communal area (living room, bathroom and kitchen) to be cleaned.

I have a parking slot available if you need somewhere to park, however it would be an additional cost of £60 per month.

Location: Leeds City Centre

Looking for a chilled out tenant and somebody that is clean/tidy.

-Clean after yourself
- No parties allowed
- You can have a guest stay over as long as the flatmate is notified in advance so she is aware. Please note to stay in compliant with covid-19
- No smoking or pets allowed
