My current housemate is moving away so we are looking to fill her room - This can be available from 1st March (ish)
But definitely available from 20th April.
It would be a year tenancy though 6 months is allowed.
The double room is a great size with great light as the window looks out on to the water. There is 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and an open plan lounge and kitchen which is a lovely size with L shaped sofa and lots of storage.
It has a balcony with city view over the water and is a really homely, clean and luscious flat.
I am 26, a professional and looking for someone to replace her. We have had a great time living together so looking for something similar - someone that enjoys walks, fitness, but also enjoys cooking together, going out for meals occasionally or ordering a takeaway after a tough week. We enjoy a glass of wine and chilling and watching tele, but also give each other space. We have become best mates, so someone sociable would be lovely.
