Candle House - Double Room

Double room available on the seventh floor of Candle House. The room has it's own bathroom down the hallway with bath/shower. The kitchen/living room is spacious and has a balcony that overlooks the canal. The kitchen has all the usual things including a dishwasher, and there is a washing machine in the storage closet. The building also has a very large communal roof terrace.

The room is currently furnished with an ottoman bed (storage below), bedside table, chest of drawers and large clothes rail - happy to add more.

All bills are included (council tax, electric, broadband etc). Currently have Netflix and Amazon Prime but will look to get a TV package sorted out too. Parking does not come with the flat but there is an opportunity to rent a space next to the building if required (roughly around £160pcm I believe). Granary Wharf is only a few minutes from the city centre and so there are plenty of amenities nearby.

I moved here a few months ago after our office changed to remote working on a full-time basis. I do currently WFH (plenty of space for one more) but will also be looking to spend some time in a shared workspace as the pandemic eases (hopefully).

I'm a pretty laid-back type of person and interested in a lot of the usual things in life - TV & film, sports, music, socialising etc. Someone with similar interests would be ideal. Keen to get someone in sooner rather than later, but also keen to get the right person in.
