Double bedroom available in Leeds City Centre

I’m looking to rent out my spare double bedroom in my forth floor city centre apartment in early 2023.

The bedroom is fully furnished, recently decorated and includes a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, bookcase, storage unit, TV and Sky Q mini box.

The apartment comprises a modern fully fitted kitchen which includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. A large open planned living/dining room area. The separate bathroom has a large bath with overhead shower. There’s also a communal balcony with views over the city and Leeds Minster.

You will be sharing with myself and my cat. I’m looking for someone with ideally similar interests, who’s fairly easy going, sociable, quiet, friendly and whose clean and tidy and ideally also a nudist or comfortable living with someone who is. Someone who is also a bit geeky or has ASD/ADHD would be really cool as well.

The flat is very close to all city centre amenities, shops, bars and restaurants and is just a short walk to the bus/coach station and a 10 minute walk to Leeds train station. On street parking is restricted but there is car club vehicles located nearby.
