Bright Room Overlooking Corn Exchange

I'm queer, so obviously I don't want to live with a person that has an issue or feels uncomfortable with that.

I have a room free, very close to the city centre and everything the centre has to offer. I'm also directly above a Pure Gym if you're serious about fitness.

The price £600 includes the rent and also the water, broadband and council tax. The only thing that's NOT included is the electricity. Last month me and my current housemate paid around £40 each. This could be set to go up significantly in October when the price cap increases.

There is no contract, no deposit required, and also no minimum term, for maximum flexibility. So I am looking for a housemate who will be responsible, take care of the home, and give a full months notice out of courtesy if they decide to leave.

I'm an easy person, communicative and straight forward. I love to cook and bake, catch a movie, or have sociable dinner parties, etc. I would like also a person who is easy, who can communicate effectively and openly, who is warm, and who is going to respect the communal areas the same as I do.

I also have a Netflix you are welcome to use in living room, and want also to get Disney+ because I love a bit of Marvel. These are my own personal costs, which I pay for, but you welcome to use. You also will be welcome to make use of my pots, pans, baking equipment, etc. Kitchen is fully fitted with glassware and plates.
