Friendly Flat in Leeds City Centre

I recently turned 30 and I work in Business Development and Marketing at a engineering, development and management consultancy.

My flat is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of the City Centre - only a five minute walk to the train station.

It's very important to me to create a homely atmosphere – I’m looking for someone considerate and outgoing who is looking for more than just a room; so we can get to know each other, socialise but also importantly, respect each other’s own space and independence.

The living area is an open plan kitchen / lounge with an enormous corner sofa - there is also a balcony which is fab for spring and summer nights.

The flat is very modern with all appliances that you'd need. The bedroom is complete with a double bed, storage and and en-suite bathroom.

I work from the office most days as I think it’s important to have the separation and interaction. Ideally, I would like to live with someone on the same wave length.
