I have a spare double room available located in LS9, within walking distance to city centre.

* Quiet & peaceful neighbourhood
* Pets & couples are considered with additional fees

- Approx. 5 mins drive/bus to Leeds city centre (the bus stop is just a min walk from the house)

- Approx. 7 mins drive to Leeds universities

- Approx. 10 mins drive to Leeds train station, Hyde Park, St. James hospital & Chapel Allerton hospital etc

- Approx. 12-15 mins drive to Headingley, Roundhay, Armley, Kirkstall, Rothwell, and Pinderfields Hospital etc

The double room is £825 per month inclusive of utility bills and super-fast Wi-Fi (approx. 300-390 Mbps). The double room is in a ready-to-move-in condition and has a double bed frame and mattress, large TV and bookshelves, large working desk & office chair, doubled door mirror wardrobe, coat rack & shoe storage etc (please see pics). Can be let either furnished or unfurnished.

Shared living area, kitchen, and bathroom. My cleaner will look after the house and all communal areas, and the regular cleaning fees will be covered by myself. I am looking for someone clean and respectful to share the house with.

The kitchen is equipped with all white goods. A large fridge and freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, cookware & dining sets etc are provided.
