Double room for rent Leeds City Centre

I am moving out, preferably ASAP. I wish I didn't have to, but I need to save.

The flat is a 20 minute walk from the city centre, and super close to Leeds Dock which has a tesco, yoga, gym etc. There is also a large Morrisons a 10 minute walk away in Hunslet.

You will be sharing the flat with 2 sociable professionals. Melik who works in tech and learning and development, and Emma who works for a charity. They are both super friendly and they are looking for someone who they can spend time with, which will probably involve pubs, films and chilling in the kitchen/cooking together etc. Equally, they are also have their own social lives too.

The room is a double on the first floor. You will be sharing a bathroom with Emma. The flat has a large open plan living room/kitchen and plenty of space for WFH. The development has been renovated in the last 10 years and is super new, and a desirable place to live. There is no lift in the building.

A rough bill breakdown is as follows (per person per month):
Rent: £416 (on a rolling contract so may be subject to change)
Council tax: £47
Electricity: £47
Wifi: £12
Water: £50 (per quarter)

There is no allocated parking, but there is on street parking near by.
