Parking is not included but can be rented within the compound. Access to the gym facility is available for £25. Rent is £488 per month plus bills (Council tax band C). The room comes with a private bathroom, bed, work desk and chair. The work desk and chair can be moved out of the room if you don’t need them. Please note there is are no wardrobes in the room.
