Hi, everyone! I’m looking for a tenancy takeover for my studio flat from July 2024 to June 2025.

- 2 min walk to Merrion Centre and Co-Op, and plenty of restaurants nearby, 10 min walk to train and coach station
- For students: 10min walk to Leeds Beckett University, less than 15 to University of Leeds
- Fully Furnished - Appliances Included: Oven and hob, Washer/Dryer, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Large Sofa, Coffee Table, Smart TV, washer/dryer, Dining Table + Chairs (just not shown in these photos)
- My flat’s layout is exactly the same as the photos and videos shown; only difference is the colour of the kitchen cupboards (dark magenta/violet)
- Very secure and private area: The building has its own concierge for the safe collection of parcels
- It’s under YPP Lettings; they’ve been helpful and responsive throughout my stay so far
- Can be double occupancy with an additional fee of £150
